I love the brown sugar Boba! It's so yummy and also I always get the crispy fish, I always get it cuz I want to eat it for lunch! Ty!!

Solid place to grab some crème brûlée boba! Parking is kind of tight & website is wonky to find items but will go again & recommend to a friend.

They're always busy. Popcorn chicken and C.1 signature milk tea are the best. Been coming here for over 7 years
