The lines are so long, big waste of time every lowes is organized and I can get in & out without a problem. Issues everytimeI come to HomeDepot. Why are the self check outs down/broken. Can't get help

No one would come to open locker. Tried QR scan and asking staff both. Waited 40 mins and left
