Fremlin Walk is an outdoor shopping centre in Maidstone town centre, Kent. It opened in 2005 after several years of development by Centros Miller to include 350,000 sq ft of shopping and a 760 space car park. The original owner was Land Securities plc. Legal & General Property bought the centre in 2011 for £92 million. It then passed to M&G Real Estate for £110m.

went to get a patch test at Toni & Guy and spent 10 mins doing that, came back to pay (starts from 1hr) and the parking charge for Fremlin walk was astronomical! I don’t know how Maidstone Borough C..
Avoid! Especially the ladies toilets! The man cleaning them times how long you're there for and harasses you to leave because you're in his way. It's a complete disgrace that they employ men to bull..
Avoid Saturday if you're making a quick visit. Cost me £4 for 40 minutes. To be fair, £4 gets you 2 hours. Still pricey but same as all car parks. It's just one of the great British rip-offs (IMO...
