Great service from Ash at checkin friendly , courteous and personable. Also the hotel has been updated and feels like a new hotel. Everything has that new clean smell.

Not a great customer service experience. Booked 3 rooms for 4 nights and as a diamond member and would not give us a late checkout? Finally gave us 1 hr late for only 1 room. Poor attitude from staff.
