Marston is an unincorporated community in Richmond County, North Carolina, United States. The community is located on U.S. Route 1, 11.4 miles east-northeast of Rockingham. Marston had its own post office until November 13, 2010; it still has its own ZIP code, 28363. Marston also gave its name to the pierced steel planks developed and deployed by the U.S. military in World War Two called ‘Marston mats’.
