Staff was rude despite my friendliness, tried to charge me nearly three bucks for a small cup of tap water, my Julius was watery, and had an unpleaseant texture. I would not order from here again.

I like their smoothies and pretzels and always go there and order 2 pretzels. occasionally I find my pretzel feels like it wasn't heated up properly and was stale. I recently went there February of 20
