Nowa Iwiczna is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Lesznowola, within Piaseczno County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. It lies approximately 5 kilometres east of Lesznowola, 3 km north-west of Piaseczno, and 15 km south of Warsaw.
