Fire place is worst after $350 service Smell and my eyes burn , could get the flame to blow fully

I have used them for years for my annual furnace/air conditioner check up and cleaning. I was impressed when their rep suggested that I buy my furnace filter online because it would be cheaper than us

No show, no bueno. Furnace stopped Tuesday. Scheduled a technician for Friday. Got a text confirming Thursday. No call, no email, no show. Thanks for wasting my time. Next time just don't bother answe
