I would be very careful before buying in this community. This community is severely divided over building a multi million dollar new Activity Center. And has an HOA board who has all decided it's okay

i have lived in Fountain of the Suns for 6 years. The neighbors are friendly and helpful. I love our guards. Friendly and courteous. The community is very quiet and no problems that I know of.
