They stand behind the products they sell. I was able to exchange a defective pair of sneakers for the same pair very easily. This is why my family purchases our footwear here.

I want to say I usually have no issues with dsw but on 01/22/25 I had to use the bathroom and I now see thy are locked and you have to go ask for a code to get in. Well I wish I didn't have to go but

The service was absolutely terrible. All of the employees in the building just completely ignore you and pretend that you are not even there. Also the selection is not great especially if you are a ma
