Food is always good, smallish portions, great for seniors, and good prices! Friendly staff too. I always stop by for a meal when visiting doctors nearby.

Very healthy and hours are from 630 am - 4 pm and only opened M-F. A lot of health store type of grab and go items, fresh salads, fruits, sandwiches and soups. Prices are surprisingly very low as well
