Seems OK to me, definitely not two stars, but I think they are understaffed as they were falling 15 minutes behind and growing. I would expect a wait to be honest.

Dropping off a specimen-not told I needed an appointment to drop off something !! Had to wait an hour to give my specimen!! Really poor patient care-need to rethink how you do care or at least inform
