As a small business owner, I highly recommend the UPS store on Newtown Lane, East Hampton. Diana and her staff are exceptional. While the store does have it's busy times, the staff do an excellent job
How this place has 3.5 stars is beyond me. In the past few years, they have become the most inefficient, mind-numbingly slow, surliest place in town. And it's almost like they are doing it on purpose.
