Rang me up for an item twice & now they won't answer thier phone... I need a manager to contact me

All went well with the exception, every visit there's an increase in prices. Prices are not controlled by employees.

Large, spacious, clean, well organized, lots of clothes and house items in good condition. Plenty of parking, in a mall.
