Food is good but I always have to wait so long in the drive thru even when it's slow! And always out of everything bagel.

I love the bagels here... but each time I come the wait in the drive thru is ridiculously long. It's not that there isn't enough staff ... there is always plenty of people inside. I'm talking15-20 min

I've come here before and loved the bagels. The drive through attendant Danielle gave me the wrong order and she noticed but said nothing. She locked eye contact with me and looked frazzled/ shocked.
