I was super excited to receive my first ever coach purse from my boyfriend that spend his time picking out the perfect purse for me but it was all ruined on Christmas Day in front of my whole family!

Purchased a purse on Sunday sent over $300 , was told that I can come back on Monday or Tuesday to get the monogram as they don't do monograms on the weekend. I live in Orange County drove all the way
