Do not walk in. I was a walk-in with a timed test. There was almost no one there and personnel would not accommodate me. Customer service is the pinnacle of indifference.

Waiting room was disgustingly filthy. Carpet desperately needs replacing and the whole place needs a makeover. No reception ship and nobody telling you anything.
