I went to Rag & Bone at Valley Fair and was shocked by the lack of basic courtesy from one employee. I called because I couldn't find the store, and the male associate who answered spoke to me rudely

Everytime time I step foot into rag & bone, nothing but hospitality is given! Staff is super friendly and aren't afraid to help you select that right style to fit you! Clothing quality you can't beat

Clothing is nice. Service from my one experience wasn't great. Returning a few items day before 30 days and the sales person told me it was over 30 days (was not) but he would do it anyway (thanks?).
