Service was slow. We ordered food ahead of time but it wasn't ready when the app said it was, strawberry milkshake made me feel sick.

I hate the ai it's not nice and I want a real person to greet me so stop it man!!! I'm really frustrated and I can barley understand this person at the window and the meal is alright

Dude (Carl's Jr employee)... picked his nose while on the clock: didn't wash his hands, nor did he place gloves on after his picking...-that should clearly tell you the hygiene of this establishment/s
