No Ice, no Lettuce, understaff , waited 20 mins for a sandwich. Cashier not very nice.

Order was delivered 45 minutes late and missing the drink and chips I paid for. I hadn't ordered in over 15 years because 3 different locations had ruined my order back then. I guess they still can't

I ordered a sandwich from here on 12/30 with a pickup at 2:45pm and there was glass in it. I attempted to reach out to customer service 3x since then & they marked the ticket as resolved even though t
