The food was cold. The beef meats were rubbery. The chicken was good enough. Some parts of my rice were hard. It seemed like the meats were pre-cooked earlier. Definitely wasn't cooked after I ordered

I ordered at 8:25 and the lady tells me that I'm going to be on hold so give them a sec. I respected that and gave them a sec and then they just never came back to take my order. They basically close
