No high pressure salesman ~ the problem fixed. I would phone them again and have recommended them to others.

Trevor did a great job on replacing my rollers and 1 broke hinge. New rollers come with a lifetime warranty. Door s are nice and quite. Rollers are a bit expensive but I guess you pay for what you get
