Sauerkraut broth and mushroom were the best broths and the appetizers (pig ears and cucumber) were great. Broth was a bit on the Luke warm side and not clear if thats on purpose. Didnt have an impact

Have been here multiple times. First time order the kaoyu. It's very delicious, the fish skin is crispy and it's soaked in the broth. It's not too spicy and the fish is really fresh.
