Used mobile app. Somehow burned two shells on cantina tacos. Inedible due to char. Discovered when I got home. Called twice to speak to someone to resolve issue- both times placed on hold no response.

This Taco Bell has amazing employees!!!! Always very helpful never rude no matter what time a customer pulls up!
