Like the rest of the sprawling mega-resort that is the Venetian, the Palazzo is a piece of Italian Renaissance fantasy transported to the Nevada desert. But what makes this luxe enclave work is not its concept but its quality. The Palazzo tower is an all-suite affair, and the interiors are more akin to authentic contemporary Italian luxury design than to the theme-park version you might expect. To this you can add restaurants by the likes of Thomas Keller and Wolfgang Puck, as well as the comprehensive selection of facilities and amenities offered by the whole of the Venetian.
