I had an extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience at the UPS Store on Douglas Baker Blvd. I entrusted this location with shipping my Tumi carry-on suitcase valued at $950, and they lost it.
I rarely write negative reviews, but this situation deserves one. This UPS Store lost a $900 Tumi suitcase that belonged to my partner, and the way it was handled afterward was just as bad as the loss
