Close to Manhattan. Well maintained. Good warm-up/training facilities. Reasonable prices. Interesting and challenging holes. Good for walking with pull cart

Good driving range and staff are always friendly. Course certaintly has some wear and tear and they seem to run out of carts often. Regardless, it's a good warm-up course given it's only 9-holes.
