Hobart is a village in Delaware County, New York, United States. The population was 441 at the 2010 census. The village is in the town of Stamford and is on New York Route 10 in the northeastern part of the county. Since 2005, Hobart has had multiple book stores and has become known as the "Book Village of the Catskills."
