Easily overlooked given Hyatt's location way up top in canyons base area, but great food and service and very reasonable prices.

Good attentive service ! Flatbread was yummy but seemed lukewarm. Sweet potato fries were delicious and hot.

The Waygu Bavette steak was so delicious. We also ordered the tasty scallops and house. The hazelnut chocolate cake that came with the New Year prefix menu was unexpectedly good.
