Decent service and atmosphere but the food is just mediocre. Typical for this area, nothing special.

We visited Barrel 28 on Friday night. We walked in to a warm, welcoming restaurant. We were seated right away and received attentive service throughout our meal. We had the beet and goat cheese salad

Tried this place again. Bread was excellent. Steak was terrible. My mom's salad was old and rotten. I probably won't come back. Waitress was nice and the restaurant is clean.
