I used to love Woodloch! I can no longer go because of their horrible beds. They are too soft and cushy for anyone with a back issue. Don't let them fool you into thinking a bedboard will help. I left

While the Woodloch Spa is undeniably beautiful, the customer service left much to be desired. I tried calling the spa several times, leaving multiple messages in hopes of booking a surprise treatment.
