I have been a loyal customer of this establishment for many years--I even have text records to prove how frequently I've ordered. But today was the final straw. This restaurant consistently messes up

They have the best quality roast beef so, of course the Roast Beef sandwich is my favorite. The double baked option is great for a crispy outer crust.

I've been eating here for years and it's one of my favorite sandwich shops in St. Louis. My go to is the Chicken Club but the Tuna Bacon Melt is also great.
