CVS corporate has forced the stores to now have an AI bot answer the phones, prohibiting customers from speaking directly with the pharmacy. I don't have time to deal with this unnecessary frustration

i was accused of stealing, i obviously wasn't ,i emptied my pockets and let the employee search me and he was still unsure , just made me feel terrible i've never stolen anything before and this fella
