Poor customer service. Brought my car in for repairs and the car was worse when I got it back. They do not stand behind there work

I have been coming to Tewksbury Auto Repair for 40 years. They have always done a great job. Usualy I can get an apppointment the next day and sometimes the same day. And for people who work they are
