Roaches everywhere. Dead ones, live ones. Baby roaches, elder roaches - just completely unsanitary food conditions. Completely unfit fir human consumption.

Best Chinese reminds me of NY Chinese a bit from being up north. Chicken wings have flavor and the people are really nice!
