Horrendous service, so awful just walked out. Looks like that's been the trend for years how does this place still open?

Bread was hard, things were added that I did NOT select. (Background: I'm not from this area. Lets just say I use doordash because this area isnt "friendly".) So I drove to the subway & the elder woma
