They are unhelpful with scheduling appointments. Make you wait and really are uncaring. Are inflexible with making appointments.

doctors here are great Staff leaves a great deal to be desired 32 minutes on hold, then got disconnected

Went to MIU in Troy to have a procedure done and the equipment shut down half way through!! . Had to reschedule for the facility in Utica. This really isn't a procedure you'd like to have to repeat!!!
