I would give this Kohls 4 or 5 stars; however, it is soooo hot in this store. I don't even wear my coat and it is miserable. I heard another lady say the same. Turn down the heat and you'll make more

Order a product on line and was waiting to hear the pick up time, then Kohls cancelled it, no notice no nothing

OK - love the store & but lots of stuff but my most recent on-line order has been so screwed up by Fed Ex that I'm going to cancel it!! Have to say I am REALLY ANNOYED! Not by Kohl's per se but by Fed
