Zona Rosa is an approximately 500,000 square feet, mixed-use (retail, office and residential) development located in Kansas City, Platte County, Missouri. The project opened in 2004 and was expanded by an additional 500,000 square feet in early 2009. It was developed by Steiner+Associates known for their Easton Town Center development in Columbus, Ohio.
