Costco Hearing Department, has been totally ineffective, with my husband's hearing aids. He has had to visit it, repeatedly, to fix the ever-present issues. The result, is never satisfactory.

They do a great test for finding the frequency range that is poor and the new Phillips hearing aids amplify the weak ranges for awesome results and speech ranges are now fully understandable
