The lobby wait times are ridiculous. There are only 2 tellers at the window. I understand customer service is key to all businesses however the conversations should be kept minimal to keep the line go

Amazing customer service! The line was long but the staff is super friendly and tried to assist you right away. Even the security is nice too so I recommend this Chase Bank.
