I've been into this AT&T store four or five times. Each time I've had to give up and leave after 20 to 30 minutes. Even when they have a full staff, they just sit and talk and laugh with their friends

Very poor customer service. Incompetent staff. Would not waist your time. ATT needs more training and standards.
