Ordered from this location on the app. Went to pick up my order around dinner time and the store had an unexpected closed sign on the door. They processed my order, charged my visa and wouldn't refund

The service here is absolutely top notch! We came in for a kids meal and ice cream and were blown away at the friendly helpful service here. I will be back 100%!! Best Dairy Queen I've ever been too :
