Today's workout at CrossFit Culmination Push press work building from 70% 75% 80%, then finished strong with 7 reps at 85% (80 lbs) -- forgot to hit record, but the work still counted. WOD was Open 13

Love this CrossFit gym. Great coaches who actually care, challenging but scalable workouts, and an awesome community that makes you want to show up. Highly recommend.
