I wanna love this place but every time I go there either the service is bad or the food is bad. It's never good in both cases. What a shame, because I love the atmosphere. Recently went there for jazz

We went for jazz night. It was extremely busy. They seem to have enough staff, but the service ended up not being good (our server was so nice. It's just everything was so slow and not very responsive

Reuben sandwich was just ok. Nothing special. Guess I always compare this sandwich to Danzers when they were open.
