Was leaving a Doctors appointment and this driver ran the stop sign and almost hit us. Apparently drivers aren't monitored.

I was driving on route 100W on Friday afternoon and this delivery driver was tailgating me and almost ran me off of the road twice! He kept trying to go around me very aggressively on a one lane merge
