Horrible service, do not come here staff was extremely rude. Took 30 mins to get food with not a single person ahead or behind us. And didn't even have ice.

I recently had my worst meal ever from a current location in Lancaster, NY. I'm aware that certain food items don't travel well, but my fish sandwich wasn't cold, but was terribly hard and dark brown

Staff was very rude and drive-through took very long. saw a few roaches, crawling up the drive-through window.
