I went to the spa yesterday. The spa is pretty and the staff is really nice. My complaint is that they up-charged me without informing me ahead of time. I went in for a Swedish massage ($155) and the
Worse management ever! My wife and I had scheduled messages and when we showed up, the appointments were not in the system. They apologized and gave us $200 in bonus cards that had no expiration date.
Walked by here by accident. Visiting from out of town, staying nearby at a hotel. Called booked me same day and had a wonderful 80 min massage. Clean, offer you mimosa or prosecco (I had water), a fan
