This is a gem. Great views of the city. An outdoor cafe /bar at the top. Up market restaurant one floor below. Not too high, so easy to pick out buildings. All for just 5 Euros. Brilliant....a must w.

The views from the observation deck on top of the Panorama Tower are gorgeous! It is very affordable and is a must do when coming to Leipzig for sure! You can also find a nice cafe and some tables up.
