The $68.88 seafood spread inside Resorts World’s upscale restaurant is a cheat code for Chinese food obsessives. You can get the usual crab legs, which pull from their shells as effortlessly as scissors slicing through wrapping paper. But the real star here is the hand-carved peking duck, which comes carved to order, pleasantly fatty and with a perfectly lacquered skin. The duck is also available a la carte for $118, but we like the buffet so we can have a little bit of everything else, including chilled mussels and scallops topped with seaweed salad on purple shells.
